How it works
Indian IPO filings run to hundreds of pages. InnerKore IPO reads them so you can start with the story and go as deep as you like.
- 1
We collect every filing
New draft offer documents, red herring prospectuses, addenda and corrigenda are picked up from SEBI's public listings and the original PDFs are kept.
- 2
We read them, section by section
Each filing is split along the standard structure SEBI requires (business, risks, financials, litigation, promoters and so on) and each part is summarised with key points that cite the exact pages they came from.
- 3
We fact-check selected claims
Claims that are easy to verify from outside the filing, such as promoter backgrounds, court cases and subsidiary performance, are searched on the open web and assessed for anything that does not add up.
- 4
We combine everything by CIN
A company can file a draft, several addenda and later a final prospectus. Every filing is tied to the company's Corporate Identity Number (CIN), so all of it lives on one page and updates are folded in as they arrive.
What to keep in mind
- This is not investment advice. It is a reading aid. We do not tell you whether to subscribe to an IPO.
- Summaries and fact-checks are produced with AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Every page reference links to the source so you can check.
- A “flag” means a claim deserves a closer look, not that the company did something wrong. Confidence scores describe how sure the AI is, not how likely something is to be true.
- Companies appear once we have processed and reviewed their filings, so a very recent filing may not be here yet.
